We recently received our shutters and woven window treatments.b Joan was our consultant and I appreciated that she listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me options along the lines of my wishes. The treatments are beautiful. We did wait several months for delivery from the Hunter Douglas warehouse, but Joan kept me informed, and during the pandemic, it was understandable. I specifically wanted to highlight the installation experience. The 2 gentlemen were the most professional. They cleaned up everything nicely. I noticed both gentlemen took extreme care with the fit. One closed the shutters and wasn’t exactly pleased with the fit. He proceeded to remove the frame and make it perfect. Most installers would have seen that it fit pretty close and moved on. He made it perfect. I would highly recommend Designing Windows for your project.
